{"id":5368,"date":"2020-08-26T11:10:01","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T10:10:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.unndoo.com\/blog\/?p=5368"},"modified":"2020-10-04T13:55:22","modified_gmt":"2020-10-04T12:55:22","slug":"how-can-i-amend-my-appointment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unndoo.com\/blog\/how-can-i-amend-my-appointment\/","title":{"rendered":"How Can I Amend My Appointment?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that things change so here are a few points that will help you out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consultation-Only Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cancel 24 hours or more, you\u2019ll receive a full refund.<\/li><li>Up to 12 hours before a Consultation, you\u2019ll receive a 50% refund.<\/li><li>Within 12 hours, a refund won\u2019t be available.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treatment Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cancel 3 days or more, you\u2019ll receive a full refund.<\/li><li>Up to 12 hours before a Treatment, you\u2019ll receive a 25% refund.<\/li><li>Within 12 hours, a refund won\u2019t be available.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consultation Only Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does not deem you suitable for Treatment, you\u2019ll receive a 50% refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment but you decide not proceed with any potential treatment then a refund for the Consultation Fee won\u2019t be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment and you decide to go ahead with the Treatment within the 2 weeks of your Consultation then your Consultation Only Fee will be refunded following your Treatment booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment then you must book a Treatment appointment within the 2 weeks of your Consultation, if you miss this window then your Consultation fee won\u2019t be redeemable against your Treatment fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treatment Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does not deem you suitable for Treatment, you\u2019ll receive a 50% refund of the Consultation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment but you decide not proceed with any potential treatment then a refund for the Consultation fee won\u2019t be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll try to stay as flexible as possible, even on the same day but on some occasions, it might not be possible which means that we may have to move your appointment to a different date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For amendments please contact our medical team \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:medical@unndoo.com\">medical@unndoo.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To book a consultation or a treatment with a medically qualified practitioner, click <a href=\"https:\/\/unndoo.com\/#!\/practitioners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We understand that things change so here are a few points that will help you out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":5369,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[223],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5368","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-using-the-platform"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v16.0.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>How Can I Amend My Appointment?
