How Can I Amend My Appointment?

We understand that things change so here are a few points that will help you out.

Cancellations

Consultation-Only Appointments

• Cancel 24 hours or more, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Up to 12 hours before a Consultation, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
• Within 12 hours, a refund won’t be available.

Treatment Appointments

• Cancel 3 days or more, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Up to 12 hours before a Treatment, you’ll receive a 25% refund.
• Within 12 hours, a refund won’t be available.

Refunds

Consultation Only Appointments

If the practitioner does not deem you suitable for Treatment, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment but you decide not proceed with any potential treatment then a refund for the Consultation Fee won’t be available.

If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment and you decide to go ahead with the Treatment within the 2 weeks of your Consultation then your Consultation Only Fee will be refunded following your Treatment booking.

If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment then you must book a Treatment appointment within the 2 weeks of your Consultation, if you miss this window then your Consultation fee won’t be redeemable against your Treatment fee.

Treatment Appointments

If the practitioner does not deem you suitable for Treatment, you’ll receive a 50% refund of the Consultation fee.

If the practitioner does deem you suitable for Treatment but you decide not proceed with any potential treatment then a refund for the Consultation fee won’t be available.

Amendments

We’ll try to stay as flexible as possible, even on the same day but on some occasions, it might not be possible which means that we may have to move your appointment to a different date.
