Whilst it may be tempting to jump online and book a facial aesthetics treatment for the next available appointment, it’s advised to plan a little more carefully if you have aĀ covidĀ vaccineĀ or booster appointment booked.Ā 


It’s advised for clients to wait at leastĀ 2-3 weeksĀ after they have either hadĀ Covid-19Ā or theĀ Covid-19Ā vaccine/booster. At present, there is no hard evidence and very few studies have been carried out as it is a fairly new topic amongst us all. However, it is known that it takes around 2 weeks for the immune system to process theĀ vaccineĀ and it takes around 2 weeks for Pfizer and Moderna to take effect on the body as well.Ā 


It’s importantĀ to make your practitioner aware if you have had theĀ vaccineĀ or when you are planning to have it so that they are aware and can advise accordingly.Ā
